Perfumer

Are you a Perfumer/ Junior Perfumer looking for a hands-on creative role within a well-established global fragrance manufacturer?

This is an exciting opportunity to work across fine fragrance, personal care and homecare products, creating, modifying and matching fragrances in response to customer briefs. The role is fast-paced, highly creative and ideal for a perfumer who enjoys variety, technical problem-solving and delivering commercially relevant fragrances.

What you’ll do

• Create fragrances proactively (50%) and modify (50%) in line with customer briefs
• Work across fine fragrance, personal care and household categories
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, balancing creativity and deadlines
• Analyse market and olfactive trends to inform fragrance development
• Adapt fragrances to meet regulatory, stability and finished application requirements
• Support panel testing and raw material assessment where required

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Perfumer within the fragrance industry
• Ideally experience working across fine fragrance, personal care and household products
• Good understanding of fragrance trends and raw material behaviour
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Membership of a recognised Perfumery Association (e.g. BSP / SFP) preferred
• International candidates welcome (visa support considered for the right profile)
